If you bring us a written quote from one of our competitors for an Australian or New Zealand trade mark application, we will do our best to match their price, if not better it. Unfortunately we are unable to extend this offer to international trade marks as costs, such as associate’s fees and currency fluctuations, are out of our control. As a general rule, from application to registration the cost for a straightforward Australian trade mark application in one class will be in the region of $1500. Extra costs do apply for responding to Examiner’s reports or if there is more than one class in the application.
